Five Minute Cases - Dog Bites and Cops Shot
•
Mario M. Blanch
In the first segment of Five Minute Cases, we talk about a case where a police officer went onto private property without a search warrant, was attacked by dogs, and then tried to kill the dogs, but instead slipped on ice and shot himself in the foot. To add insult to injury, the officer then filed a civil lawsuit against the homeowner alleging that the dogs were vicious. The homeowner hired Mario M. Blanch, Esq. and the case was dismissed. The entire case is given to you in five minutes.
